Is it really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan never expires and charges no booking commission. It has a clear limit: up to 10 rooms (or 2 rentals) and 2 iCal channels. We earn when your property grows and you choose a paid plan.
Do you charge a commission per booking?+
No. Not on Free or any plan. You only pay your payment gateway's usual fee (for example, your bank's card processing fee).
Where does the booking money go?+
To your account. From Esencial you connect your own gateway (Recurrente or BAC Credomatic) and the guest pays you directly. Revenia never receives or holds your money.
I don't have a website, will it work for me?+
Yes. Revenia gives you a hotel page on revenia.app with online booking. Share it on Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp.
Does it connect to Booking, Expedia and Airbnb?+
Yes, in two ways. On Free you sync up to 2 channels over iCal: it blocks dates, with some delay. On Pro and Rentas Pro you get a channel manager: rates, availability and bookings in seconds, with no channel limit.
Do I need technical help to set it up?+
No. If you can paste text into your website, you can set it up. And with your revenia.app page there's nothing to install.
What happens after the 14 days of Pro?+
You pick the plan for your size. If you don't pick one, your account moves to Free on its own. You keep your data, your bookings and your booking engine.
I have vacation rentals. Is it for me?+
Yes. With Rentas Pro you get your own website with all your rentals and sync them with Airbnb and Booking. It's priced per rental, with a 5-rental minimum. With 1 or 2 rentals you can use Free.
